Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Dosed Up Designs! Please read our shipping guidelines below so you know what to expect from order placement through delivery.


1. Processing Time

  • Handmade with care: Every sticker pack, badge reel, and merch item is crafted and inspected by hand. Please keep in mind that each item is handmade and some of our processing time may be longer depending on the demand.

  • Current lead time: 5–7 business days from order confirmation (not including weekends or holidays).

  • During periods of high demand (holiday drops, shop anniversaries, etc.), processing may take an additional 1–3 business days. We’ll always keep you posted if there’s an unexpected delay.


2. Domestic (U.S.) Shipping

  • Flat rate:

    • $3.95 on all orders under $30

    • Free on orders $30 and up

  • Carrier & service:

    • USPS First-Class Mail (3–4 business days after fulfillment)

    • All packages include tracking and delivery confirmation.

  • Order cut-off:

    • Orders placed before 11 AM PST on a business day will begin processing that same day.

    • Orders after 11 AM, on weekends, or on U.S. holidays will enter our queue the next business day.


3. International Shipping

At this time, we ship only within the United States. We hope to offer international delivery soon—stay tuned for updates!


4. Combined Orders

If you place multiple items in one order, we’ll ship them together once every item is ready. Your shipping rate is calculated on the order total, not per item.


5. Order Tracking

  1. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your USPS tracking number.

  2. You can check your shipment’s status at USPS.com or via the link in your shipping confirmation.


6. Shipping Issues & Delays

  • Carrier delays (weather, USPS holidays, peak-season volume) are outside our control. If your package is late, please allow an extra 2–3 business days and then reach out to USPS with your tracking number.

  • If you believe your package is lost or marked “delivered” but you haven’t received it, please review our Return & Refund Policy for next steps on filing a claim.


7. Address Changes & Cancellations

  • Before fulfillment: Email within 24 hours of order placement to change your shipping address or cancel your order.

  • After fulfillment begins: Once your item has shipped, we cannot reroute or cancel.
