1. All Sales Are Final

  • No returns or exchanges.

  • No refunds on any items once the order is confirmed and shipped.

  • We encourage you to review product details (descriptions, dimensions, images) carefully before placing your order.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

Customer satisfaction is important to us. If your order arrives damaged or defective, we will happily send you a replacement—no additional charge—provided you follow the steps below:

  1. Timeframe:
    Contact us within 7 calendar days of receiving your package.

  2. Proof Required:

    • Clear photographs showing the damage or defect.

    • A photo of the entire package (label side and contents).

  3. How to Submit:
    Email us with your order number in the subject line and attach your photos.

  4. Replacement Process:

    • We will review your submission within 2 business days.

    • If approved, we’ll ship your replacement immediately via standard U.S. mail (3–5 business days).

    • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your replacement ships.

3. Items Lost in Transit

  • If your package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier but you do not receive it, please:

    1. Check with household members or neighbors.

    2. Contact your local post office.

    3. If still missing after 10 days, email us at with your order number and any carrier confirmation.

  • We will work with the carrier on your behalf to locate or replace your package.

4. Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled without penalty only if you request cancellation before we have processed your item for production or shipping.

  • To cancel, email immediately with your order number.
